Police in Anambra State, Nigeria on Sunday 6th August, 2017 confirmed that gunmen killed eleven (11) worshipers and injured Eighteen (18) others in an early morning attack at St. Philip Catholic Church, Ozubulu, Ekwusigo Local Government Area. We hereby condemn this attack that left many worshipers dead. May God protect the church, heal the wounded and destroy the work of the evil ones. May the soul of the dead rest in peace.
